DUTIES: The Billing Clerk is responsible for submitting accurate claims-in a timely manner-to all third party payers, performing insurance follow up, and other various clerical functions, as necessary. QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate. 2 years experience health care billing required. Effective written, oral communications skills required. Computer experience including accurate keyboarding and familiarity with current business software. Medical terminology and CPT-4 and ICD-9 coding knowledge is required.

DUTIES: The Cashier is responsible for performing all cashier functions for Physicians and Clinic clients. Duties include accurately posting payments and adjustments on all assigned accounts/clients, posting insurance payments and adjustments in addition to patient payments, identifying insurance rejections and/or incorrectly paid accounts or line items, providing appropriate Coding/Billing staff with supporting documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous cash handling and public contact experience. Three months previous related experience in healthcare field.

DUTIES: The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for meeting the needs of internal and external Hospital customers and supporting the Human Resources department by providing a variety of recordkeeping, data submission, reception, filing and other clerical services. This position will assist department team members with projects, enter data into spreadsheets, process paperwork, and be responsible for some ongoing processes. This position will provide coverage for department member’s vacations and for other HR department peak times.
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Three months previous clerical/filing experience preferably in a business office. Working knowledge of current business software. Must have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. High standards for confidentiality, respect and teamwork are a requirement.
