DUTIES: The Quality Information RN is responsible for meeting the needs of internal and external Hospital customers and supporting the department by providing a variety of clerical, data abstraction, entry and report generation skills. DUTIES: The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner is an advance practice, expert nurse who provides acute care to patients in accordance with Chapter 441 Nurse Practice Act of the Wisconsin Board of Nursing. This healthcare professional will provide acute care to individuals and their families, including medical diagnosis, treatment of new chronic health problems as well as health promotion and disease prevention. DUTIES: The OB Case Manager will identify patients of WAHS appropriate for Case Management according to criteria determined by the Case Management Team. Monitor and coordinate continuum of care for patients. The RN carries out these responsibilities independently with the guidance of accepted nursing and department practice as well as directed by medical staff.
