QUALIFICATIONS: Master of Science degree or equivalent. Experience in General Medicine and Family Practice desired. State of Wisconsin Certification RN license. Advance practice Nurse Prescriber, or eligible.

DUTIES: The Heart and Vascular Registered Nurse provides direct patient care to adult patients undergoing a variety of diagnostic and interventional cardiology and interventional radiology procedures throughout the peri-procedural time period. Responsibilities include: preparing patients for a variety of invasive and non-invasive cardiac, vascular, electrophysiology and interventional radiology procedures, monitoring, documenting peri-procedure and post-procedure care, teaching and follow-up care.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Degree in Nursing, BSN, preferred. Current licensure by Wisconsin State Board of Nursing. Current CPR certification. 2 years critical care or equivalent experience required. BLS provider and ACLS certification required. Previous Cardiac catheterization lab, Electrophysiology Lab or Interventional Radiology experience preferred.

DUTIES: The Occupational Health Specialist - LPN is responsible for meeting the needs of internal and external Hospital customers and supporting the department by providing a variety of occupational health services including coordinating and conducting drug screen, audiometric and respiratory fit testing including scheduling of appointments, identifying patients, explaining processes to donors, proper preparation of specimens and proper procurement of required paperwork. Also performs the billing process of corporate accounts and related clerical duties. This position also serves as back-up for and works in collaboration with the Associate Health Nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent and graduate from an approved practical nurse program. One year experience in patient care, in a health care facility. Licensed by the State Board of Nursing as an LPN. BCLS provider, required. DOT Certification, Audiometric Certification, Train the Trainer, Spirometry and BAT Certification preferred.

DUTIES: Supervises and coordinates activities of personnel in patient care units, participates in planning work of assigned units and coordinates activities with other patient care units and related departments. Ensures that patients' needs are met and evaluates unit nursing care and performance. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks, leads and directs the work of others, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. May at times, provide direct and indirect patient care. Will respond to needs throughout the organization oftentimes on an emergency basis. The Stat Nurse will provide clinical leadership and will represent the manager and senior leadership, in operation of functional areas, when leadership team is not present.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree, or Diploma, in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree in nursing, preferred. 3-5 years Medical/Surgical / Critical care nursing experience. 1-2 years OB/GYN experience, preferred. Charge Nurse experience, Shared Governance member or leader experience preferred. Licensed by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, BCLS provider required, ACLS Certification , Neonatal Resuscitation Certification.

DUTIES: The CRC Nurse will function as a Staff RN and is responsible to provide total nursing care of the patient, both direct and indirect, within an assigned patient care unit. The CRC Nurse position will function within various nursing units, according to both scheduling and staffing needs. Will respond to needs throughout the organization. This position carries out these responsibilities independently with the guidance of accepted nursing and department practice as well as directed by medical staff. This position provides the knowledge and skills to meet physician, patient, staff, and/or WRMC needs and performs in accordance with WRMC standards and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN, in nursing, required. 2 years Medical/Surgical/Critical care nursing experience, preferred. 1 year OB/GYN experience, preferred. Licensed by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse, BLS healthcare provider required, ACLS Certification required for CRC RN’s working in the critical care areas.
