DUTIES: The Hospitality Associate is responsible for meeting the needs of the internal and external Hospital Customers and supporting the department by providing a variety of hospitality services, which could include but not limited to cleaning hospital public areas, bathrooms, offices, patient rooms, nursing stations, lounges, laboratories, and other areas as assigned.

DUTIES: The Project Worker performs environmental services functions that may include major floor cleaning, refinishing projects, responsibility to clean units on short notice and throughout the hospital, and/or other special projects, in accordance with hospital standards and policies. This person will carry a pager, while working, and respond in a timely manner, to hospital cleaning needs as an expectation of the job and will be cross-trained to perform the necessary tasks of a Hospitality Associate.

QUALIFICATIONS: One year related experience required.

DUTIES: The Clinical Assistant III will be customer focused, with medical office experience capable of handling a variety of office functions including: scheduling; answering the phone; filing; copying; billing; ordering; verifying charges; and mail sorting and distribution. Also performs specimen collection activities including venipuncture; capillary punctures; TB skin test; throat culture and urine specimen collection. Performs additional duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional six weeks of Phlebotomy or related equivalent education required. One year previous experience in healthcare field with at least 3 months previous phlebotomy experience. Valid Wisconsin driver’s license. Must also meet additional criteria defined in our Driver Eligibility Policy.

DUTIES: The Clinical Assistant III provides support to the department by performing a variety of clerical and clinical duties. This individual performs in accordance with hospital standards and policies. Performs additional job related duties as assigned, which contribute to efficient and safe operations and activities, and quality patient care, comfort and satisfaction. Order entry skills. Transport skills. Aseptic technique. Drug and Breath Alcohol testing. Ability to take vital signs.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school graduate or equivalent, with additional vocational or specialized healthcare training desired. One year of previous secretarial or administrative assistant experience, in a healthcare field. Ability to meet the needs of various nursing departments by prioritizing work and remaining flexible to the changing needs of the departments. Medical terminology understanding. Effective verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills required. CPR certification.
