Family Practice Physician - Watertown Family Medical Clinic
We currently offer a family practice opportunity in Watertown, WI, with Watertown Area Health Services (WAHS). Watertown is located equidistant between Milwaukee and Madison, 45 miles away and Chicago is two hours South. WAHS is comprised of a 100-bed hospital, satellite physician clinics, senior housing and transportation services.
Dr. Grajewski has been practicing in Watertown for the past 20 years and recently sold his practice to WAHS. His clinic, Family Medical Clinic, is located one mile from the hospital. In addition to Dr. Grajewski there is a supportive nursing and administrative staff and nurse practitioner that compliments overall coverage well. Dr. Grajewski is seeking someone to practice the whole realm of family medicine. Although Dr. Grajewski practices obstetrics, and would encourage the new physician to do the same, it is optional. Call would be 1:5 and shared with three other family practitioners in the community. Dr. Grajewski has close to 4,000 patients drawing from a primary service area of 26,000 and a secondary service area of 24,000. WAHS offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Watertown Family Practice Associates, S.C.,(WFPA) an independently owned healthcare provider that has been serving the community of Watertown for more than 30 years would like to add a family physician. The physicians of the group are Fred Gremmels, DO; Bruce Cochrane, MD; Rick Holden, MD; and Michael Sullivan, MD. They also employ a full-time nurse practitioner, Nancy Ryan, and physician assistant, Jessica Rasmussen. The group practices the whole realm of outpatient medicine and no obstetrics. Orthopedic Surgeons - Watertown Orthopedics, LTD
Watertown Orthopedics, LTD., in Watertown, WI., would like to add 1-2 orthopedic surgeons. Watertown is located equidistant between Milwaukee and Madison, 45 miles away. Chicago is 90 minutes South.
W.O. consists of Steve Rhodes MD, two LPNs, radiology technician, receptionist and billing clerk. The opening is due to a former partner of Dr. Rhodes leaving for personal reasons. Watertown Orthopedics was founded in 1989 and Dr. Rhodes has been there since 1994.
Dr. Rhodes practices the whole gamut of orthopedics that includes general ortho, spine, sports injuries, arthoscopy, total joints, upper and lower extremities, etc. His office is located in the medical office building attached to Watertown Memorial Hospital and he does all his x-rays in the office. Currently office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, no weekends. The new physician would be paid a competitive salary plus bonus along with a benefit package, and on a partnership track of one to two years.
There is designated block time in our OR with a minimum of 4 hours and up to 8. Watertown Memorial Hospital just completed a $26.5 million construction project on a new surgical wing which is greatly expanded from the existing facilities and also a state of the art vascular suite. Other surgical specialties represented are general, urology, OB/GYN, ENT, and ophthalmology. 24-hour anesthesia is provided by two full-time anesthesiologist and two CRNAs. Our Rehab and Sports Medicine Department consists of nine PTs, of which two are certified in strength and conditioning, three PTAs, four OTs and one COTA. We have three athletic trainers in the Watertown schools that do classes to prevent injuries and improve athletic performance.
