If you are unable to pay your account in full, contact our Patient Financial Services Department at the appropriate number listed below to discuss payment options. We offer the following payment options:
1) Payment in full. We accept MasterCard, VISA and Discover
2) Interest Free Financing - Outstanding balance to be paid in 6 equal monthly payments
3) Loan Program/Extended Payment Plan - Extends payment period beyond 6 months. This option provides our patients the opportunity to extend their payments up to 5 years at a preferred interest rate.
4) Community Care is available to those who qualify.
