Insurance Billing Process
As a courtesy to you, we will file your claim with your insurance company. If you have secondary or supplemental insurance we will file it for you also. Your insurance company will determine the amount of their payment based on your policy provisions. If you disagree with your insurance company's handling of your clam, please contact them directly. If your insurance company has not paid, or responded within 45 days from date of service, please contact your insurance company regarding the status of your claim, and forward this information to our department at the appropriate telephone number listed below.
