Wellness Works is Watertown Area Health Services' wellness and outreach department. We are located within Watertown Memorial Hospital at 125 Hospital Drive in Watertown, WI. At Wellness Works we strive to promote good health through a variety of services. We offer massage therapy, a diabetes education program, health education classes, monitored and open exercise, and fitness and diet counseling. Massage therapy
Our certified massage therapists offer stress reducing, therapeutic massage. Therapists are available Monday through Saturday with hours to fit everyone's schedule. Hot stone massage therapy, a gentle Swedish massage that incorporates the use of warm smooth stones is also available. The soothing stones are rubbed directly over muscles and are placed at various acupressure points, resulting in a deep relaxation state!
Diabetes Education Program
This comprehensive American Diabetes Association certified Diabetes Education Program can help you know all about how to best care for yourself. A team approach, using the skills of nurses, dietitians, physicians, ophthalmologist, psychologists, podiatrists, and exercise specialists, will help you develop a long-term plan to stay healthy. A physician referral is required, and the classes are usually covered by insurance. Talk to your physician about coming to the classes to learn how to manage diabetes, prevent long-term complications, and feel better.
Health Education Classes
Healthy lifestyle changes can take time, encouragement and proper information. We offer classes on a variety of topics including weight loss, stress management and fitness.

Supervised and open exercise classes
Classes are available at various times during the day so you may pick a time that fits your schedule.
Fitness Counseling
Our personal trainer will develop an individualized exercise plan that will enhance your fitness level, help you set goals that will increase strength and conditioning as well as cardiovascular fitness necessary for peak performance. It doesn't matter if you are new to exercise or a fitness enthusiast your program will be designed just for you. .
Dietary Consultation Services
Our Registered Dietitians can help you to improve your health by identifying what (and why) you eat. Whether you have a health condition, want to change your weight, or simply want to improve your eating habits, we will help you problem solve and target changes that will be right for you.
