Our commitment to the community extends beyond hospital walls into daily
life. Part of that commitment is sharing health information that will
help you step into a healthier lifestyle.
Watertown Area Health Services has a "Speakers Bureau" which provides
speakers at no cost for any interested group on a variety of health
topics and health related issues. Our speakers are physicians and other
medical professionals. Health screenings are also available, i.e. blood
pressure, cholesterol, bone density, etc. Simply contact us and we will
put the appropriate speaker in touch with you to customize the
presentation to fit your needs.
This is a free service from Watertown Area Health Services (there may be
a minimal charge for screenings). We do accept donations to our New
Horizons Fund if you choose to do so.

Requesting a speaker
* Minimum notice of two weeks is appreciated. If
you have a yearly calendar we will be happy to
help you set up your programs well in advance to
include speakers from Watertown Area Health
Services.
* You may request a specific speaker and/or
topic. We will do our best to honor your
request based on availability.
* Please have specific information available when
you call: audience size, program length, special
interests.
* If you have a change in your schedule, please
notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best
to meet your rescheduled date.
