Rehab and Sports Medicine offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy at UW Health Partners Watertown Regional Medical Center and at several satellite clinics. The licensed therapists are skilled in assessment and treatment for older adults, including balance disorders. A physician's order is needed for most services.

Home Safety Assessments
Rehab and Sports Medicine provides Home Safety Assessments to persons in the greater Watertown Community. A therapist will come to your home, assess home safety, and make recommendations to improve home safety to prevent falls.
